Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact Sea by Lea as soon as possible.

If work on your personalized reading has not yet begun, a cancellation or refund may be considered in accordance with the terms of the platform through which your purchase was made.

Once preparation of a personalized reading has begun or the completed digital reading has been delivered, cancellation or refund requests may be limited because of the personalized nature of the service.
